Deacon Ministry

Objective .to assist the pastor in the administration of the overall ministry of the church; to include oversight and function of the church’s mission, and vision. The Deacon’s assist the Pastor in the general business of the church to allow him more time for the ministry of the word; Acts 6. The Deacon serve at the discretion of the Pastor’s personal and people needs.

Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church is a church of compassion and refuge, reaching out to a lost and hurting world that needs salvation and purpose. The Lord has given Pastor Curry an exhaustive vision for the Mt.Olive Church Family. It is one that is designed to minister to the needs of the total man - spiritually, physically, educationally and socially.
